Step 1 of 3:

The Grosvenor Casinos Poker client can be downloaded from grosvenorcasinos.com/poker, or you can directly download the client here
If you are using Internet Explorer with a pop-up blocker, please click the info bar (pictured below) and select ‘download file’. See below for further instructions. Select ‘Cancel’ if you have already installed the software.
Download
Click on the button marked ‘Run’. The download process may take a minute or so to complete. Once complete, the install process will start automatically. If you run into any difficulties please refer to our FAQs or contact Customer Services.
Install
When the dialog box appears make sure the location you want to install the software to is correct then click ‘Install’. Once installed, a Grosvenor Casino Poker icon will appear on your desktop. Simply double-click this icon whenever you want to play poker.
Step 2 of 3:
Create an account
This step is only required if you are new to Grosvenor Casinos or don’t already have an account with our other brand, Blue Square. If you are already a Grosvenor Casinos or Blue Square customer proceed to the ‘Login’ section below.
Either launch Grosvenor Casino Poker when prompted, or open Grosvenor Casino Poker from the icon on your desktop.
Click ‘Create Account’ to open our quick account registration page. Complete the form and click ‘create my account’
That’s it! You’re ready to play.

Login
Use your username and password to login and start playing
